Sub-processors

ORCHIMATE SUB-PROCESSORS

Atomic Wire Technology Limited ("Atomic Wire") engages the Sub-processors listed below to process Personal Data on behalf of Customers of Orchimate, as referred to in the Orchimate Data Processing Addendum (the "DPA").

Atomic Wire may update this list from time to time. Where Customer has an active Order Form, Atomic Wire will give notice of new Sub-processors at least 30 days before they are engaged, in accordance with Clause 6.3 of the DPA. Customers may subscribe to change notifications by contacting dpo@atomicwire.io.

Where a Sub-processor's Corporate Location is outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Applicable Data Protection Law, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and the Standard Contractual Clauses.
